Nicely furnished and spacious studio
Accommodation description:
On the ground floor, on the garden side, this detached chalet houses two spacious apartments. Upon entering, you immediately notice the large living space. Officially, this is a studio, but it's very nicely done. The lower separate sleeping area is separated from the living area and accessible via two steps.
There is more than enough space left for the living area with a double sofa bed. The large window allows the terrace to be included in the living room
In combination with the neighbouring apartment, it is also possible to book for six to eight people. The two holiday homes are connected inside by means of a hallway, which is closed when the two apartments are rented separately.
The house is on a very quiet street, just outside the village. Peace and quiet all around you, and from the house you can step straight into nature. The cross-country ski trail starts around the corner and takes you along the winter hiking trail. Of course, in summer this is also highly recommended for a quick, beautiful walk.
Hinterhal is in the middle of the medium-sized ski area, Hochkönig. From 1000 metres above sea level, you step straight into the lift from the village. It's in a good central location with all restaurants in Hinterthal within walking distance. The village has a playground for children with an artificial turf football pitch. Because of its location, high in the mountains, you are in beautiful nature with many hiking and climbing trails within a few minutes .
The Hochkönig ski area is part of the immense ski region Ski Amadé with 760 kilometres of slopes! Ski like a king over the white and beautifully groomed slopes here. You will find numerous mountain huts serving delicious regional and international cuisine!
In summer, this area is a true hiking paradise. Some 340 kilometres of hiking trails lie right at your feet. Take a refreshing dip in one of the crystal-clear mountain lakes and enjoy the Austrian sunshine
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
