On the ground floor, the cozy patio features a chlorine pool measuring 6 meters in length and 3.4 meters in width, with a depth ranging from 0.90 to 1.65 meters. Equipped with sun loungers, a refreshing outdoor shower, and a practical barbecue, the patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. There is also an upper terrace that provides an idyllic spot to unwind and take in the panoramic views.
This charming two-story house extends a warm welcome with a foyer on the ground floor, providing direct access to the pool. As you ascend to the main floor, a spacious and bright living room is revealed, equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning, complemented by a generous sofa that invites relaxation. Die Finca ist toll! Ruhig und friedlich am Rande des Dorfes und dennoch mitten im Herzen Mallorcas so dass Wandern in den Bergen, Bummel in Palma und Strandbesuche möglich sind.
