Our stay

The hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Nestled in the mountains it had a real country feeling. Only problem we had was the temperature in the room was to warm and the hotel could not fix the problem.

Spa services were not available as advertised, facility was clean but bathroom plumbing had a strange smell. Water in the pool was not thermal and we couldn’t even make reservations for spa services, tried three times and employees were not even available. In a great location and rooms have good space but don’t go with the expectation of using the “wellness” facilities for much.

Brief stay

The hotel has been refurbished to quite a good standard overall, but there are some odd issues. The balcony has 2 chairs but no table; the ('Superior') bedroom has only one chair; there is no curtain/blind over the glass balcony door to keep out the early morning light; there is no independent control for the elctronically controlled main window curtains; there is no bedside table on one side of the bed; the toilet has a pointless electronic control panel; there is no heated towel rail. Apart from that....the room was fine. The spa is very good. Breakfast was good.

Booked the hotel due to spa however was not open due to cleaning. Shower head is not functioning how it supposed to and distributes water everywhere else but where it supposed to. Lose screws on the rail for the shower head as well as the glass cover for the bath tub. Sink smells. Pillow is hard like a stone. Gym is like a sauna and the lighting of it is very poor. Some equipment was broken. To high price in regards of the bad quality and not accessible spa. It seems like there is no investments going into maintenance

Triste fim!

V okolí pauze pizzerie, do centra města dost daleko.
