The house has a well-equipped kitchen which is adjacent to a bright dining area with seating for at least 6 people and the living room with lovely ceiling height with beams in the ceiling. Here there is plenty of space to prepare the evening's meal together after a round of golf. If the evening is fun, you can snuggle up by lighting the wood-burning stove. There is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a large tiled bathroom equipped with both washer and dryer. The spacious living room can accommodate 2 people in a comfortable sofa bed. The terrace is a lovely place to enjoy sunny days, if the rain comes or the sun gets too strong there is an awning that is easily pulled out as protection. The garden that surrounds the house is lush and offers a wonderful flower splendor during the summer season. A stone's throw from the house is Herrestaviken and here is the rowing boat that belongs to the house which allows you to easily get out on the bay, if you are interested in fishing, Herrestaviken offers good opportunities, fishing license required. There is also a swimming area with a sandy beach and a jetty that makes it easy to take a refreshing dip. The house is not adapted for families with children.
