Studio MARINA brand new comfort with views of the marina

Our studio MARINA has a view of the marina Marigot, very well located because close to all amenities on foot.

Our studio is comfortable, completely renovated in May 2019, you will feel at home.
It is located on the 1st floor of the residence, and has a terrace with table and chairs for your meals.

The large bay window is provided with mosquito net.
The sofa bed is of quality with a comfort mattress of 160 x 200cm with a quick and easy opening without undoing the bed!

The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensil and crockery.

The bathroom has a large shower with glass walls of 80 x 120 cm. Washbasin cabinet with cupboard, toilet, washing machine and hair dryer

The accommodation is Equipped with air conditioning, internet, and satellite Orange TV

At the bottom of the residence is the marina, with several restaurants for your meals or breakfast, bakery, boat rental, pharmacy 50m, bookstore and market 2 minutes walk. A large car park is nearby.
The Dutch part of the island is 5 minutes by car.
The ferry to St. Barthelemy and Anguilla are a 5-minute walk away.

The inside of the condo was very nice and remodeled. The neighborhood is bad. If you have a car. That is the big risk as you may have to park your car in area parking lot. Where there is no security. I and another car was parked nearby and I had woke up to all 4 of my wheels gone and my rental car was sitting on center blocks. Beware of the drugged out neighbors.

Il ne faut pas se fier aux communs et a l'escalier qui ont du voir passer ded intemperies. Le studio est tel que decrit, tres bien agencé, tres propre et tres bien équipé. Canapé lit confortable, cuisine pratique avec tous les ustensiles necessaires, salle de bains ou l'on bénéficie d'une grande douche. Elodie est une hotesse reactive et agreable.douche.et d'une machine a laver.
