The house is full of enchanting places: whether it's the swing over the pool, the hot tub with a view or the cozy lounge - you are guaranteed unforgettable, luxurious moments here. The fantastic view of the sea will be your constant companion.



There are plenty of opportunities for activities on the property, including a basketball hoop, beach volleyball net, fitness equipment on the large terrace and a table tennis table. Thanks to the play area and sandpit, children will also have lots of fun here. For your further entertainment, you will also find an ICOCAR and two SUP boards.



You live in a quiet location on a beautiful bay, but are also quickly in towns if you feel like strolling or visiting restaurants. Trogir, Split, Primosten and Sibenik are well worth a visit, as is the region's diverse and enchanting coastline.
