I never received any check in instructions from the host. The day I was supposed to check in I went to the property and there was a contractor there waiting for the building inspector. He was working on the bathroom. He could not speak English very well. I had to book another hotel last minute and have not been refunded for this booking. This was the worst experience I have ever had through Expedia. I hope that someone from customer service sees this and emails me or calls me directly.

Host did not make aware that rooms not advertisedwould be rented. We paid for private suite with own bathroom and got a bed behind a curtain… speaks for itself.did not feel safe leaving our belongings. Would appreciate more transparency.
