13th Century Character Cottage with Fireplace and Wi-Fi

63 mÂČ gĂźte on a raised ground floor, living room, kitchen area, lounge area with a fireplace and original woodwork, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), one of which has a vaulted ceiling and is accessible via the tower staircase, as well as a toilet. Central heating. All shops are on site. A detached, characterful gĂźte, a 13th-century fortified house on 300 mÂČ of private land and adjoining park. The owners have restored the property, with the help of an architect specializing in heritage conservation, in the spirit of the place, while retaining the authenticity and charm of a mansion. A pretty quarter-turn staircase provides access to the bedroom at the foot of the tower, as well as the toilet. For hikers, there are marked trails nearby, and the Camino de Santiago and the GR7 are 10 km away. The cottage offers the comfort of being close to shops and the starting points for walks and hikes.
