Konumu itibariyle merkezi bir noktada yer alıyor, ulaşım kolay. Avşa plajına yürüme mesafesinde. Kaldığım süre boyunca temizlik yapılmadı, ancak kısa süreli kaldığım için problem oluşturmadı. Kahvaltı ve yemek güzeldi. Tek problem gece boyunca tuvalette tesisat borularından gelen rahatsız edici su sesiydi, muhtemelen genel bir arıza. Bir de banyoda şampuan olsa memnun olurdum.
