Excellent service in wonderful hotel.

An absolutely beautiful hotel, staff were extremely helpful and friendly and could not do enough to help. The young gentleman on front desk went out of his way to help with the printing of insurance documents, I can not thank you enough. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Muğla.

Merkeze araçla rahatça ulaşabilecek mesafede, sessiz ve güzel bir konumu var. Fiyatları benzerlerine göre biraz yüksek kalıyor. Düz ayak, temiz, rahat ve ferah bir otel.

Gayet şık gibi görünse de; 1) Personel deneyimsiz 2) Kahvaltı rezalet 3) Standart odalarda balkon yok, 4) iki kişilik yatağın yalnızca 1 etejeri var. 5) Odamızı günlük 250 TL olarak 5 gün peşin olarak ödememize rağmen bu fiyata deluxe oda verdiklerini öğrendik. değiştirmek istediğimizde ekstra fark ücreti istediler. 6) Sabah kahvaltısında serviste 1 kişi dahi görmeniz mucize olur (5 günlük konaklamamızın yalnızca 1 inde servis alabildik) Sonuç olarak otel yönetiminin profesyonel bir servis olduğunu idrak etmeden bu işi yapmaya çalışmak sadece memnuniyetsiz müşteriler yaratır. Aşağıdaki fotoğrafı otelin lobisindeki genel tuvalette çektim. Yeterince samimiyseniz arkadaşınızla yan yana işinizi görebilirsiniz. Otel yönetiminin bu durumu açıklayabilmesini umuyorum.

Temiz ve yeni bir otel. Ancak, otel ücretini önceden ödememize rağmen, ödeyip ödemediğimiz otel görevlisi tarafından birçok kez soruldu ve rahatsız edici oldu. Sistemlerinde ödeme yaptığımızı nasıl göremiyorlar anlamadım. Otel görevlisi/bahçıvan bahçede çalışırken daha dikkatli davranabilir. Oda camları yakınında gürültü yapmamalı. Kahvaltı çeşidi ve kalitesi daha iyi olmalıydı.
