House Rules
To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests and residents, we kindly ask you to read and respect the following house rules.
Guests & Property Access
• Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to access the apartment.
• Any additional guest must be approved by the host before arrival.
• In accordance with Moroccan regulations, unmarried Moroccan couples cannot be accommodated.
• Mixed groups of Moroccan men and women who are not immediate family members are not permitted.
• Providing inaccurate information, failing to declare all guests, or failing to provide the required identification may result in refusal of check-in in accordance with the booking conditions.

Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: No later than 12:00 PM
• Before arrival, all guests must send a clear copy of their passport or government-issued ID via the messaging system.
• Self check-in instructions and access details will be provided once all required documents have been received.

Respecting the Apartment
Please treat the apartment with the same care and respect as you would your own home.
Additional charges may apply in the event of:
• Unauthorized late check-out
• Loss of keys, access badges, remote controls, or parking access devices
• Damage to the apartment or its equipment
• Additional cleaning required after check-out

Respect for the Residence
To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone:
• Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Undeclared visitors are not permitted.
• Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening and nighttime.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in early termination of your stay without refund.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Guests may smoke only on the balcony or terrace, while keeping the area clean and disposing of cigarette butts responsibly.

Swimming Pool & Common Areas
The residence features a pleasant outdoor swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing under the Marrakech sun.
With a depth of approximately 80 cm (31 inches), it is especially suitable for children and for adults who simply wish to unwind, refresh themselves, or enjoy the water in a safe and relaxing environment.
• The swimming pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Please respect the residence's rules as well as all shared facilities.
• Cleaning and maintenance work may occasionally take place during the day.

Safety
• The residence is monitored and secured 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Before leaving the apartment, please switch off the air conditioning, lights, and all electrical appliances.
• We kindly ask you to treat all furniture and equipment with care throughout your stay.

Assistance
If you experience any technical issue or equipment malfunction, please contact us immediately.
We will do our very best to resolve the issue or arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Bed Linen & Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests included in the reservation.
Additional linen or towels may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Quality Control
To ensure complete transparency, our housekeeping team records a video of the apartment after every cleaning, before each guest's arrival, and again after check-out.
These recordings may be used as a reference in the event of damage, claims, or disputes regarding the condition of the property.

Personal Belongings
Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings throughout their stay.

Prohibited Activities
Any illegal activity, dangerous behavior, or violation of the residence's regulations is strictly prohibited.

Forgotten Items
Before checking out, please make sure you have collected all your personal belongings.
Our housekeeping team enters the apartment immediately after each departure to prepare it for the next guests. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any items left behind in the apartment.

Early Departure
No refund will be issued for unused nights in the event of an early departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the host or required by the booking platform's policy.
