This bright & spacious riad offers 5 en suite bedrooms outfitted with toiletries from Les Sens de Marrakech, a large terrace, and a first floor patio with a 10' x 10' x 4.5' (3m x 3m x 1.5m) deep pool. Two poolside rooms make it easy for those who cannot navigate stairs.

Enjoy the open-air pool area, looking up to the sky above the terrace! The kitchen, dining room, and salon also occupy the first floor. Up the stairs to the first floor landing, you can enjoy a quiet sitting area. Continue through a hallway to the terrace landing on the first floor, which includes three en suite bedrooms. Bright sunlight floods this floor making it the perfect spot to enjoy the sun on the lounge chairs provided. Continue to the top floor terrace and enjoy the view of the Kasbah and Koutoubia Mosques. You can also enjoy yoga or other exercise activities here. There are dining tables and chairs as well as lounges for you to enjoy. The pergola offers shaded seating. Gas heaters available in the winter months. 5G internet available throughout the house.

The Kasbah district is vibrant and full of activity with shopping, spas, and historical sites for visitors. Well-lit and easy to navigate, you'll deftly find your way in this neighborhood. A short walk through the winding streets will bring you to Riad Baya. Once in the nearby souks, prepare to be pleasantly lost in the labyrinth of twisting streets and alleys, eventually ending up in the center of Marrakech, the square of Jmaa el Fna about 12 minutes away.

Poolside: Argan (double room + day bed) and Acacia (double room)
Upstairs: Almond (double room + twin bed), Avocado (double room), Apple (twin room; two twin beds).

Guest access:
You will rent the entire home. The house team will occupy the kitchen for breakfast and for the meals you purchase. In some instances, there will be a discreet night guard on the premises. The housekeeper will move discreetly between the rooms performing light housekeeping tasks. No additional people will be admitted to the home for meals or for overnight. There is a charge of $50 / person per day over a quantity of 10 persons in the house.

Meals are offered daily. Lunch $18 / person, dinner $28 / person. Really good authentic Moroccan food prepared by our cook. Highly recommended.
