Endroit adaptĂ© pour des groupes qui souhaitent faire la fĂȘte ! Pas pour les familles. On voit la mer mais il n'y a pas de plage attention! Aussi la piscine n'est pas sur la terassse il faut aller sur le.toit de l'immeuble pour y accĂ©der. Enfin, frigo qui coule, changement de robinet dans la semaine, store cassĂ©, dressing cassĂ©.... dommage car visuellement c'est magnifique mais pas bonne qualitĂ©. Le gĂ©rant a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs disponible, super rĂ©actif.

Overall great stay

Overall this stay was great. The location was good with lots of space. The only complaints i have is the master bathroom smelled like sewage. We used the other bathroom during our stay (there were 5 of us). Also it wasnt mentioned that not all of the pools are attached to the units. We had to leave our unit and walk upstairs to access the pool.

We would stay here again

Overall we were happy with the property, and we would stay here again. The location was good, it was easy to drive to other locations, and there are bus stops with connections to the main tourist spots just a 2 minute walk away. Parking is free on the street, which was no problem. The pool was great for cooling off. The things we would change are: - Ensure the name of the property is correct in the address - the property name we had said ‘Watersedge’ but the property is called ‘Waterfront’ - so we were confused when looking for the property - Some of the pillows on the beds were uncomfortable - The toaster didn’t function well - There was a leak coming from the fridge, which was a bit annoying when we accidentally stepped in the puddle - Not really something that can be changed, but the apartment is a part of a complex of 5 apartments - depending on the other guests who are staying, you may get woken up by loud neighbours who are partying long in to the night

Lovey property

Spacious, well fitted out property in a nice location. Shops on the doorstep and bus routes in both directions 100yds away. Ludwig, Rosanne, and son Matias, very friendly and very helpful in completing and copying all Covid documents. Lots of excellent restaurants in Marsakasala and MARSAXLOKK a few minutes bus ride away. A very pleasant and restful holiday.

Absolutely wonderful!

This accommodation is beautiful! Wonderfully spacious and very comfortable and relaxing. The infinity pool and BBQ area (upstairs) are fabulous and all of the apartment is finished to a very high standard and kept immaculate clean during our stay. The owners - Ludwig and Rosanne, are extremely friendly and helpful. They organised a taxi from and to the airport, use of a hire car from the apartment and a fishing trip for us! Nothing is a problem or too much trouble.... Lovely restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the supermarket for stocking up on essentials. Great place for a relaxing holiday! We would definitely stay here again.

A very spacious apartment

We had a great stay here , our second time to the area . The apartment is very spacious and clean. The only downside for us was the pool being upstairs as the terrace was quite enclosed and got very hot ! But the pool and views were beautiful. The resort is lovely 😊 the management company are very good and arranged transfers and a wonderful boat trip , will be back !

Geweldige ruime woning, ruim genoeg voor 7 personen met een fantastisch uitzicht

De woning overtrof onze verwachtingen. Zeer ruim, compleet en schoon. Het terras met zwembad was fantastisch, heel ontspannen en genieten van het mooie weer en uitzicht. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig, er was zelfs koffie en vaatwastabletten. Hier kan menigeen nog een voorbeeld aan nemen, TOP!

Beautifull house with an even more beautiful view

When we arrived at the villa we were baffled about the room and space it had. And we were even more baffled when we got upstairs, to the pool area. The unobstructed seaview from the top balcony is just amazing. The barbecue is clean and easy to use, provided with the right tools. The service is great. You can call at any moment with your problem and the owners solve it as quick as possible. The area is nice. There are a couple of bays in the area where you can get a nice cocktail or a good diner. And if you want to go visit the rest of the island, you just take the bus and you'll be there in less then an hour.

Superb quality villa with great views and superb private pool

Standard of apartment - Excellent. Really large enough for 7 adults. Everything spotless and cared for. High praise for Ludwig who is a lovely guy and sorted out all our issues quickly and efficiently. The fact he lives in the block is a real plus. He sorted out a car from a local company for us. The infinity pool was great. We went mid May and it was a perfect temperature - got quite hot - 30 degrees by the end of the week. You have a lovely balcony and a sun deck with the pool and bbq upstairs. Marsascala is an interesting place - it is more normal than a touristy resort - there are few hotels but this block is the best in the town. We had never been to Malta before but we really liked it. It is a short walk to Saint Thomas Bay which is attractive and has a couple of nice cafes/restaurants. Walk the other way into town - about 30 minutes - nice walk along the promenade with a wide range of restaurants but few shops. There is a very good bus service to Valetta - every 20 minutes. the bus we went on was very busy and hot but cheap! If you want to go further afield you will need to hire a car. My only area for improvement is the kitchen utensils - which I did mention to Ludvig - there was no tin opener or wooden spoons, serving spoons, measuring jug etc and being British a teapot would have been nice. This villa is perfect for a large family gathering like ours or a group of friends. Would we return to Malta - YES Would we return to this villa - YES YES YES
