Nice location but terrible in everything else.

Stay away! The only good thing about this place is the location, so unless your goal is to party all night and NOT to care about sleeping, stay away. Extremely noisy place from party people all night and then the street cleaning crews start their work at around 6:00 am. We could not close the windows because the AC does not work well, it was set at a high uncomfortable temp and we were there May 29 to June 1. Extremely BAD HOST. He sent us entry code to the building that did not work and left us stranded for 3 hours in front of the building without answering our many repeated calls and messages. Even VRBO could not reach him. When we were ready to book another hotel, another person called us and led us to a close by building to get a key and get in. This was the most terrible experience we’ve ever had after travelling for 20 hours from Canada. The irony was he sends this long welcoming message few days before arrival demanding this and that and concluding that he was at our service. What a jerk! We were very disappointed with VRBO for having such a host.
