A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Marseille: I recently stayed at this lovely apartment in the center of Marseille (unit...Marseille 3) and the apartment exceeded all my expectations. The accommodations were absolutely beautiful—tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. While I paid per Nespresso capsule and noted there was a washer but no dryer, these were minor details compared to how wonderful everything else was. (Some units do have dryers but severe not informed we did not have one) The reception staff were exceptional—so friendly and welcoming, accommodating, and always ready to assist. They truly made our stay unforgettable. The location is unbeatable. It’s within walking distance of everything—shops, restaurants, and attractions—plus, there’s a grocery market just around the corner. My daughter and I felt completely safe throughout our stay, and the neighborhood had a warm, welcoming vibe. This visit couldn’t have been better, and I’m already planning to come back for a summer stay. When I do, I’ll definitely book this apartment again. Highly recommend!

Luke or Louis at front desk was so nice. The rest you can have - the area is horrible. For three days we got no sleep. Loud. Streets had fighting in them. Seriously questioning individuals. I don’t know if they have Mosquitoes but it might be an issue in summer.

The location is amazing, the old Port is around the corner. The staff was courteous, the Appart clean and confortable. We didn't receive the VIP privilege we have been told we'll get during the reservation (a bottle of wine ). The property does not offer any coffee capsules, not even one per person. All was for purchase. I mean, even an average hotel offers the minimum kit, aka coffee, tea, sugar, water as a welcome gesture for his guests.

The apartment was in good conditions but the building is pretty old. As soon as we got in, there was a cockroach and there is no elevator which is inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The staff is super friendly. There are many things to do around and its very close to the port! The shower feature is not the best either.

Great and quick stay in Marseille

We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who showed us a map and told us some places to be sure to see and to dine while also telling what to avoid. The room was clean and enjoyable! Much thanks!

The flat is spacious and in a good location. It is up 4 flights of narrow stairs which isn’t ideal. We were also disturtbed by a man aggressively banging at the flat door at 9am. We did not feel comfortable to answer initially but it didn't stop and they were then trying to open the door despite us shouting through the door asking them to leave. So my partner went to answer to find it was a male cleaner. Check out is at 11am and we tried to explain this to him but he did not speak english. We eventually had to close the door on him as he kept shouting at us in French. I then tried to call the receptionist to ask if they could help and ask him to leave us alone but they wouldn't answer the phone. Eventually he left but it was very strange and unsettling. We then rushed to leave before check out time as i didn't feel safe to stay. I'd avoid booking here again.
