Check in process was easy, room was great, location was great with two restaurants within a few hundred feet, a grocery store within an easy 1/2 mile distance, ice cream and breakfast cafe next door. Note: rooms are upstairs without an elevator above office building. Only 4 rooms total so very quiet and appealing.

Nice, clean, new place, good location to the boat harbor. Only real negative was the lack of a front desk for check in. Apparently it closes at 6pm and arrangements for later check-in need to be made before 6...in our case, due to a flight cancellation, the reservation was made after 6pm. However, once we were able to find a representative to help, she was very helpful, pleasant, and ensured we got in the room just fine.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was extremely clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. It is across from the ferry and several restaurants, which makes it an easy location to walk places. For the low price, it was more than expected.
