Newly renovated in 2022 !! This adorable New England cozy cottage in located in the lively Brant Rock Esplanade neighborhood. It’s a short stroll next door to many restaurants, shops & nightlife (TheJetty, Haddad's, The Hop, Venus etc). The house is across the street from Brant Rock Beach! 3 Bedrooms sleeps 8. Bedroom 1 - king, Bedroom 2 - full and Bedroom 3 - queen and a twin. There is an additional twin bed in the living room). Watch the world go by from the screened-in front porch. The Gorgeous Duxbury Beach is just minutes away.

Linens and towels are provided. Guests will be provided 1 beach towel and 1 bath towel. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Great location. The hosts were great. The cottage was clean and close to town. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Recommendation would be to have hooks on the wall in the bath to hang towels when you shower.

Best Beach Cottage in Marshfield
Beautiful Hidden Gem just steps away from Bryant Rock Beach!! Rob & Nadine's Beach cottage is amazing, very clean & modern. They have every ammentity that you can possibly think of to enjoy your beach vacation. The location is perfect in walking distance to some great restaurants, beaches & live entertainment. Rob & Nadine are great hosts & communicators that are available to answer any questions that you may have. Everything in the house is brand new. The furniture & beds are very comfortable. All the appliances work great & the air-conditioners keep you nice & cool. This Beach Cottage gets 5 stars plus in my Book!! Can't wait to come back & stay again soon!! Thanks for a Wonderful Stay!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage by the Sea. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and communicative throughout the whole process. This was our 3rd summer staying in Marshfield and by far our favorite place. We would most definitely stay again. Our children are older - 24, 21 & 17 and love all there is to do nearby and we got some good beach days in too!

Graduation celebration
We enjoyed our time at the Cozy Cottage and the surrounding area. The cottage was well appointed, clean and centrally located in the quaint Oceanside town. It is called Cozy but it had plenty of room for five adults.

We had a wonderful stay in Brant Rock in the beautifully renovated beach house. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach is right across the street!
