夕食のクオリティがかなり下がったような気がした。たくさんの数の宿泊数を捌くのには　エレベーターも足りない。いくら待っても来ないし、来ても満員で乗れない。 設備は全体的に古くて、何かわからない機械音がずっと聞こえるような状態

子供と２泊しました。周りに何もないので、食事付きプランにしておいてよかったですが、メニューが同じだったので、２日目には少し飽きましたが、アイスの種類が多かったりしたので、子供たちは楽しそうでした。混雑はすごいです。エレベーターがなかなかこないので、思うように移動ができなかった。スタッフの人は皆さん親切でやさしかった。

部屋は普通に綺麗で快適でしたが、冷房をこちらでコントロール出来なかったのは不便でした。エレベーターもなかなかこなかったのが少し不満です。 総合的にはゆっくり出来て良かったです。

暑すぎてイライラする。冗談じゃなく。

とにかく暑い。 施設が古いからなのか、エアコンが聞いていない。 客室へのエレベーターも一つしかなく、なかなかこない上、エレベーター前には扇風機。 ビュッフェはよかったが、暑いから全てにイライラする。 もったいない。 ロビーの受付も人が足らず、とても待たされる。そして暑い。とにかくイライラします。

メインのエレベーターが2台しかなくて、 1台工事中でとても混雑しててなかなか乗れなかった。１０階に宿泊したが、食事行くのに下のボタンを押しても上から降りてくるはずなのに１０階では止まらず２回素通りされた。 エレベーターに乗っている時に、開くボタンを押しているのに勝手に閉まってしまうし、小さい子供も一緒だったのでとても危険。チェットイン時に何の説明もなくとても不愉快だった。
