It was a big, beautiful place with pretty outdoor courtyards. And, It was massive inside! Our Room was clean & ready Early! 🙂 The staff was friendly & helpful at the desk. It was nice to have a shuttle to take us to the Theater at the Casino. They had a great breakfast selection, too. We would definitely stay here again.

I had chosen this hotel based on the hot tub which was listed but completely out of service and it didn’t look like it would be running anytime soon. The restaurant is EXTREMELY limited to any choices. A good value for the money as it is across the street from Foxwoods and has shuttles to take you there. Overall clean, no microwaves in room, staff are pleasant. Pool was clean but on the colder side for an indoor pool. Still a good value

The property advertised a hot tub, which was down when we arrived. That was the sole reason we stayed and apparently it was down for quite some time, so we were very disappointed. When I mentioned that when we checked out, the front desk was totally ambivalent to our concerns which was very disconcerting. Doubtful we would stay there in the future if they do not disclose that kind of a problem on their website.

We booked a king standard room, ended up with 2 full size beds. The toilet was leaking alittle, it was wet around the floor. When tried to take a shower, lifted for for shower to come on and the faucet went across the tub. Told front desk and showed video, didn’t really seem to care. Location is great near casino but probably won’t stay again.

The room was clean, tub was deep enough to take a bath and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had mini toiletries, except for the one thing I forgot, toothpaste, I thought no big deal hotels usually have in the room. The staff was friendly. The continental breakfast didn't offer much. The shuttle to the Casino ran every 1/2 hour, 11:00 was the last pick up. I wish I inquired about the schedule prior because we had to wait 30 minutes for an Uber. It's close enough to walk however I wasn't able to with my medical situation.

IMy stay at Two Trees Inn was extremely disappointing. I traveled with my dog and was required to stay in the designated pet-friendly wing. I was also charged a $150 pet fee, which I was told was for deep cleaning. Given this additional fee, I expected the room to be exceptionally clean. Instead, the room had a strong dog odor and stains on the rug. The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel charging a $150 cleaning fee. I immediately brought these concerns to the front desk. I was told that someone would be sent to address the issue, but no one ever came to the room, and no one followed up with me. This was extremely disappointing and made me feel that my concerns were not taken seriously. I believe the $150 fee was not justified given the condition of the room and the lack of response when I reported the problem. I am requesting a full refund of the $150 pet/deep-cleaning fee. I hope management will take this matter seriously and address both the condition of the pet-friendly rooms and the lack of follow-up from the front desk.
