The first room i was given was not cleaned at all. The bathroom was filthy the floors were filthy, and the bedsheets were not changed. I went to the desk and she was very pleasant, not at all upset that i was requesting another room. She looked in numerous rooms and wouldn't put me in there. then she asked me to inspect a couple rooms. The first one was obviously dirty, the second one was also dirty but i decided to take it since it had clean sheets. The gal at the desk said hey had busloads of college students the last few days. This is no excuse for filthy rooms.

The staff has always been very nice and responsive. Breakfast is not bad and they provide a good variety of food. Its a good location with multiple external dinning options, within walking distance.

Called to let them know we’d be late arriving and wanted to make sure someone would be there for us. They said no problem. We arrived at two in the morning and couldn’t find anyone to help us. We tried calling repeatedly from the desk phone. We walked up and down the hallway looking for someone. I was even trying to call the national number but it was only for reservations. After twenty minutes we were at a loss of what to do. FINALLY my wife located the employee in a back room doing some laundry. I told him how tired and frustrated we were but he didn’t feel the need to apologize. We got to the room and there were no towels. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.
