We are right on the river, close to the Gulf of Mexico, East Matagorda Bay, and West Matagorda Bay. All your fishing experiences in one place! Short drive to Matagorda Beach, too. House has all the amenities you would expect and the outdoor pavilion is an incredible space to grill the days catch and watch amazing sunsets.

House is very nice and well laid out. Boat dock is terrific. Our family had a great time there. Our only issue was that the power went out on our last night due to a storm in the middle of the night and then there was no water, but that’s not any fault of the owners. I highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay on the river! Very nice house with great views. Extremely nice deck and super nice, helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect stay on the river!!

The home was so clean and fresh, and had a perfect setup for a family stay. The property owner was very helpful and made himself available in case we needed anything during our stay. The view off the deck was unreal, and my brother loved fishing off the dock the entire week. It is easy to run into town or head out to the beach, the location is right in the center of beach road! We will definitely be renting this property again!!

Great stay on the water

Boat house is huge with ample room to dock your boat during the stay is a selling point. The house and cleanliness of the property is great. Wife and kids were very comfortable during a spring break stay. Owners are friendly and communicative. Beach is only 5 minutes away. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful Home with great location

Very well taken care of property! Perfect location and the covered dock with the TV, couches, and grill was awesome. Lloyd was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this property. It has it all.
