Very nice hotel. I feel my hotel experiences have gone up a notch here. Reception was excellent, our luggage was taken to our room, we were shown some of the hotel facilities, lounge area with free coffee, orange juice and other non alcoholic drinks, plenty easy chairs and tables. Room very large, private bathroom but out in the rooms hallway rather than directly off the bedroom. Sauna and onsen freely available. This very smart hotel was excellent.

There is a shuttle to the original Dogo Onsen. Perhaps not as many food choices as accustomed to in other parts of Japan—but adequate. Staff was wonderfully customer service-oriented.

母の誕生日旅行で利用しました！ 夕食は外で食べたので、部屋でお祝いするためにホテルでケーキを頼んだらローソク、マッチ棒、ナイフ、お皿全て用意してあり嬉しかったです！母も喜んでました。 部屋にあるマッサージ機も嬉しいポイントでした笑 あと脱衣所、お風呂がとても綺麗でした！いろいろな種類のシャンプーもありました。
