After a long day sightseeing it was very nice to relax in the onsen. Staff was very helpful and polite. I need to a sewing kit and the staff was kind enough to loan me one.

Rooms look a bit old but it does the job. The location is ideal, there is a bath open all night long! Staff is also very helpful, I encountered an issue with one of the washing machine and they fixed it quickly.

Relaxing trip

The Japanese style room is spacious, we enjoy it very much. The onsen is comfortable for not being crowded, with hot and cold one, too. There are car parks which are next to the hotel, one is even a few steps away only, with enough parking space.

I wished that the main photo of the Hotel was not Dogo Onsen, it seemed a little deceptive that they use it as their initial photo, The hotel did not look like this. The staff however were very nice and helpful. Room smelt a little funky but it was fine

Good city hotel with hot spring baths

I stayed without breakfast this time and it was a pleasant experience. The hot spring baths are all-night and you don't have to worry about the time. Very good service. Rooms have a hot water kettle and a fridge. Room clothes and slippers are also provided. It was very user-friendly and convenient.

We booked one of the japanese style rooms, when we opened the door the room had an odd smell and we quickly realized that it was due to water damages in the bathroom, as you could see the moist on the walls. The room was OK but the bathroom was so disgusting that we didn't wanna use it in the morning and quickly left for our next hotel. Wouldn't book again.

The room was clean and tidy. The location was very convenient. The staff were nice but they don't speak English. The pillow was really hard and uncomfortable. The onsen was currently undergoing renovations. The checkin time is pretty late 3pm and then checkout time was to early 10am. Had I known this I would have not booked here to stay.

広いお風呂で、エステもあって、本当にゆっくり出来ました！ チェックアウトも11時だし、駐車場は隣だし、朝食は近くで選べて良かったーです！ 松山には温泉目当てで部屋は寝れたら良いだけなのですが、ゆったりした部屋で、スタッフの方の対応も良く、本当に今回はゆっくり出来ました！ ありがとうございます！

ニューグランドホテルでの 4 泊 5 日はとても快適でした。 商店街も近く、ミュージアムも近くにあったので、楽に利用できました。 スタッフの皆さんも日本語が下手な私のために親切にしてくださってホテルの中の温泉は本当に良かったです。 美しい都市松山にまた行くなら、ニューグランドホテルをまた利用するでしょう。
