Everything was fantastic here other than I was disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance. We were there for a one-night stay and it was a vaca for me, so I did plan on swimming both evening and morning. Apparently, they were waiting for parts to ship, so I am not sure how long before I arrived it had been out of commission). No discount given even though this was an important amenity to me. That is because the hotel said I booked through a 3rd party (Travelocity). I was also a Hilton Honors member, but apparently none of that matters. Clean place, great staff though. I won't knock any of that. I felt a small discount should have been offered.

Clean hotel, room, friendly professional staff. Was disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance and told I couldn't receive any type of discount because I booked through a 3rd party. If that is the case, then the hotels should have to alert those third parties, so the third parties can alert the clients that there won't be a popular amenity available during their stay. This would give said clients the ability to look for other options if they choose.

Great Pet Friendly Stay!

This pet friendly hotel is clean and comfortable. Great location. Right next to campus, and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The staff at the Murray Ky property is the best, they will make you feel welcome. I had a couple or requests that last time I stayed there and they went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of before I arrived. I’m so thankful for the staff at this property.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and slightly different every day. The area has restaurants and stores in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Highly recommend.
