Come take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Newly remodeled Norris Lakefront Cottage located @ Hickory Star Marina in Maynardville. This cottage has everything you need to relax and unwind including 3 outdoor spaces. Enjoy a spacious screened in porch off the living area that connects to a large deck with ample seating for outdoor dining and grilling. Steps away is a covered boat dock with roof top deck for lounging and enjoying great views of Norris Lake.

The cottage is an open floor plan with approximately 900 sq ft of living space and 3 outdoor spaces . Kitchen has been fully updated and comes equipped with everything you’ll need . The home has 2 BR ( one queen bed , one full bed ). Stairs leading from the back yard connect you to double bay covered boat slip with amazing views from roof top deck.

Loved the proximity to the marina as only 2-3 minute drive by car and same by boat! We will be back for sure if available.

We had a wonderful time. The cottage was very nice, we enjoyed the outdoor space. The cottage had everything we needed. The marina being so close enabled for easy boat rental.

I just had foot surgery and thought I would be in a boot but was still non weight bearing so the proximity to the marina was perfect. House was perfect for our stay!

Had a wonderful stay at this home. It’s located right next to a marina which was convenient for fueling up our boat and getting supplies. It’s also right on the water with dock access which was great. Host was responsive whenever I had a question.

Great location- awesome dock
Lovely property, quaint. Had everything we needed for a short family vacation. Views were amazing! Private Dock was perfect ! Communication with owner was easy and they were easily accessible. Dock was my favorite amenity….however this wouldn’t be easily accessible for mobility challenged individuals. Would definitely stay here again! My family loved it!!

Property was better than described. We arrived after a snow and the internetwas down. The owners where more than helpful. They stayed after Comcast till service was restored. We had a great stay and hopefully will return soon.

Quiet cottage overlooking Lake Norris
We found the cottage exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. The cottage has been updated and has beautiful new furnishings but still retained the ambience and historical feel. The property owners were more than helpful in recommending great local restaurants, as well as promptly answering any questions we had. I believe we were among the first guests at this quiet cottage and so I want to wish the Cain family all the best , and thank them for their hospitality! We'll be back!
