The room looked clean until we actually LOOKED. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on our bed sheet. There was also a stain on one of the folded towels in the bathroom. The walls are also very thin so we kept hearing our neighbors. 3/10, not worth the stay or the money.

Don't book here. I had a reservation for a room with two beds and they downgraded me to a single king and a pull out. Then they said that my reservation didn't mean anything because they were overbooked. A total load of crap AND neither Best Western nor Expedia helped me out!

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, though it could use a little better maintenance. Parking can be tricky, especially when the hotel gets busy with guests visiting the lounge and bar on the property.

Cuartos con olor demasiada a humedad Habia solicitado apoyo para un cuarto en planta baja ya que llevabamos a un adulto mayor y aun asi nos mandaron a un cuarto planta alta La television no funcionaba se reporto y nunca fueron arreglarla Desayuno muy malo, sin variedad y nada antojable, preferimos salir a desayunar a otro lado Era un hotel al que cada visitia a mcallen nos hospedabamos pero cada vez a ido cayendo y lo han descuidado demasiado Fue nuestra ultima vez ahi
