Booked three rooms and one room had been cleaned. It was missing towels, coffee cups and a/c system was not working. Surprise of the setup new hotels have now a-days in the rooms lacking closets, coffee makers, limited towels, non working cable TV, and smaller half filled amenities bottles. Sorry, but also the thin walls where you hear everything going on next room and hallways. Holiday Inns have really changed except in prices which are higher.

Property was generally clean, felt safe, was close to most amenities, and the staff were courteous. I dislike the fact that when I would go to the front desk I would often have to wait for a staff member to come out of their office and on departure early morning there wasn't anyone at the front desk.
