The staff was amazing! It was more about the room and its condition. I feel that La Quinta can do much better for their customers. The stuff I saw in my room really didn't make me feel comfortable and made my kids feel safe. A lot needed to be done in the room including bathroom to look CLEAN. Again the staff were amazing and the cleaning ladys too! Just the room was not in its best condition.

The only issue I had was to many kids crying and running in the hallway. I went to have a good night sleep and I couldn't due to this. Hotel should have the choice to select a child-free room; or make the walls sound proof.

To me since we were on the first floor, everything was so easy for us because of our age. The staff was very polite helpful the breakfast was excellent. I love that. The pool in the gym were right beside our room.

The staff was nice and hotel was clean this is my second time staying in this hotel everything was good. The only thing was the Jacuzzi it was not working. The water was warm not hot.
