It was the worst hotel for my company driver. Roaches everywhere and people kept knocking on his door.

First night was quite noisy but rest of stay was fine. Disappointed that there was no coffee in the room and no breakfast, but do to Covid being so bad in that area still, it is understandable.

I liked how clean our room was, and how comfortable the bed was. I did not like how my upstairs neighbors were banging each other around in their room. I called the front desk, nothing was done. After an hour I called Alamo police, because they took their noise outside by our door.

Hotel

Pros: The people that run the place was very nice and helpful.
Cons: The room could have been cleaned better and the shower needs to be fixed.
Location: It was very easy to get to places around there, it was close to everything. Great location.
The people that run the place were very nice, and helpful. As for the room, was clean to a certain point. The cabinets under the sink were nasty. It had a bag full of trash and used toilet paper thrown in there. No hot water, the shower handle was held on with paper. The people up stairs was jumping up and down and couldn't go to sleep until after three thirty in the morning.
