Time for check in is messed up. It has different times when to late check in. Plus the front desk person was out of it. Rude, would cuss in front of me and other customers for checking in late and just soak very blunt and no customer service. Clearly did not like his job.

The bed was horrible..room 224 we have stayed at that hotel before but never experienced such uncomfortable beds.. checked out at 5:00 am due to being so uncomfortable on bed. Husband and I both were very disappointed with such poor beds and mattress. Have very little sleep 😞

Since you entered the hotel it smelled like cigarette and like a dirty smell. the bedroom smelled like food, cigarette (even though it was non smoking). we had to purchase odor smell removers and it still wasn't enough. We were disappointed since it has good ratings.
