TV was not working, after reporting it twice to front desk and maintenance guy didn’t arrived I started to figure it out what the problem was and found out the TV was unplugged from wall contact behind the furniture. Everything else was great as always.

Pictures are outdated of how the pool actually looks now. Jacuzzi didn’t even work. Pool was dirty and everything around just looked old and dirty. We requested to cancel our stay through Expedia and Expedia contacted the hotel TWICE in two different days and management never wanted to get back to us about a refund or even cancellation. We were forced to stay the week because they never got back to us. The main reason why we picked this hotel was because of the pictures shown for the pool. And it was a total disappointment. Hotel is so under maintenance they only have one elevator working for such a big hotel. And they only bring you new towels every 3 days because they want to save water and electricity (they have a sign saying this in the bathrooms)

From the check-in, I generally am given 2 keys, but instead they said that they were only giving 1 key, because they are running out of then, and previous guests are not returning them back to the front desk. Constant having to play "who got's the key" every time one of us left the room. that was very disappointing. Breakfast was nothing to write about, Weird that they have refried beans on the buffet line. The most distressing part of the stay was the pool area. We arrived about 4 pm, the pool was full of mostly beer-drinking older men with possibly with kids were in the pool. They had music blaring loudly and the abundance of beer and empty beer cans littering the pool area. Took my kids quickly out of there and never returned. Elevator was super slow and down to 1 car only, shared by a full 3 story hotel. Good luck if you can get to your room less than 10 minutes. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN< Good luck if you like this sort of stuff at your next stay.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Will forsure be staying here everytime from now on. Room was so clean, they had a full sized fridge in the room which we loved, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice as well and breakfast was good too.

Clean, nice room. Nice professional staff. Nice that laundry machines are free! The breakfast was 10/10 great, no rehydrated eggs in sight. The pool itself and pool deck could be cleaned a bit better, skimmed for bugs and litter collected but it was a very neat indoor/outdoor pool.
