The McCall Big Cabin at Ponderosa is ideal for families, small group retreats and/or family reunions. Enjoy our New gourmet kitchen, expansive dining seating, great room with gas fireplace and extra parking--all at the edge of Ponderosa State Park. Convenient to town and lake, yet secluded. A huge driveway/black top area is great for parking your recreational vehicles, kayaks or paddle boards. Close to the McCall Golf Course, beautiful Ponderosa State Park and Davis Beach!

This 7 Bedroom, 3400 sq ft cabin that sleeps 19, offers a Relaxed Atmosphere at the edge of Ponderosa State Park, just minutes from Downtown. The main level has a comfortable Great Room with fireplace and a Real Cabin Feel. The Spectacular, just remodeled Kitchen has Stainless Appliances, granite countertops, island prep sink, instahot for tea/cocoa, and seating for 18.

Ground floor has master suite with King bed and attached master bathroom as well as a second bedroom with a Queen bed that connects to the recently remodeled downstairs shared bath (2 entries). There is an additional half bath on the ground floor. Second floor has an additional master suite with King and a Twin bed, also with attached master bathroom. Additionally, upstairs are bedrooms 3 with a Full/Double bed and bedroom 4 with a king bed, bedroom 5 with a Twin Bed. Finally, a 6 “bunk room” with a Full bed and 4 more Twin beds, one of which has an additional Twin Trundle. There is an additional shared bathroom upstairs.

Laundry Room with a Large Capacity Washer and Dryer. Enjoy Summer Eating on the Deck, with Large Gas Grill and plenty of tables and chairs. Cozy up around the Propane gas fireplace on the deck. We have pickle ball available. Net, rackets (4) and ball are in the garage available for renters use—in summer and fall. We’ve chalked out lines (more chalk in garage) but have permanently marked the corners.

The entire home is available to the guests with the exception of a locked owner suite and a locked linen closet.

This is the last home prior to the entrance to Ponderosa State Park. The home is appointed such that there are peek a boo views of Payette Lake depending on the time of year, a large parking / pickle ball area, and a lot of privacy. You can easily walk to Davis Beach or to the public beach in Ponderosa State Park - there are miles of paved and unpaved paths and trails throughout Ponderosa State Park as well as along the McCall Golf course just a 2 minute walk away.

Walk, bike, or drive - this is a great location for exploring the surrounding parks, golf courses, beaches and even downtown McCall.
