Step into this forested McCall home and take in the sight of your next vacation destination.
The natural accents inside the home mirror its surrounding environment, making sure youâre connected to nature during your whole stay. And the vaulted ceilings give it an upscale, airy atmosphere. Comfort and convenience abound in this home. Kick back in the leather seats in the living room. Sit in the sunny breakfast nook, or enjoy a meal in the dedicated dining room that seats six comfortably.
This home has four bedrooms. The primary bedroom is located near the entrance to the home and has an ensuite bathroom and private access to the patio. Across the house, youâll find two other rooms which share a hall bathroom. Upstairs is the bunk room, which has one bunk bed, three other beds, an old school arcade game, bean bag chairs, and a TV. Just outside the bunk room is a half bathroom.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Pets: If you would like to bring a pet, please message us prior to booking. All pets require pre-approval. A $75 fee per pet is required and must be paid prior to arrival. A refundable pet deposit may also apply per pet (in addition to the $75 fee), based on factors such as age, weight, breed, shedding, and sex. If approval is granted but required fees and/or deposits are not paid before arrival, the pet will be considered unauthorized. Evidence of an unauthorized pet on the property (inside OR outside) at any time during your stay will result in a $500 penalty per pet. Guests with unauthorized pets may be required to vacate immediately without refund. Any pet-related damage will incur additional charges, whether the pet was approved or not.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!

We enjoyed staying at this house. The living room and kitchen were comfortable to hang out in after a long day of skiing. Lots of room for the kids to hang out upstairs was a bonus.
Our family takes an annual trip to McCall and we all had a wonderful time. Our VRBO was well maintained inside and out, and a few minutes away is downtown, grocery shopping, the lake, bike rental, etc. - it truly was perfect for our family.
We loved this property for our weekend away in McCall! Quiet and out of the busy part of McCall but a quick walk or drive to downtown. The house was clean, spacious and very lovely. One of the best stocked rentals I have been in! They thought of everything. Loved walking out the back door to jump on the bike path. As stated in other reviews, there is no backyard to speak of but the side and front yard had lots of space and were fairly private. The chairs on front porch were a lovely place to have a drink and read a book. Lots of neighborhood deer to watch! Highly recommend this property for your stay!
What a beautiful and relaxing home to stay in. This was one of the most well appointed vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. We stayed there with two families and two dogs. Plenty of room for all. Would stay here again.
