At The Top is a modern and spacious 4-bedroom townhouse designed for relaxation and adventure. This beautiful home offers breathtaking lake views and is just minutes from skiing and snow tubing at Wisp Resort. The main level features a king bedroom suite, providing comfort and easy access. The spacious upper level offers two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds.
On the lower level, you'll find two additional king bedroom suites, ensuring a restful retreat. This level also boasts a game room, complete with a pool table and shuffleboard, making it the perfect spot for friendly competition and entertainment. Cook up a meal in the well equipped kitchen. The living room provides a warm and inviting atmosphere with a cozy gas fireplace, ideal for gathering after a day of outdoor fun. Step outside to the private hot tub, where you can unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings. Whether you're visiting for a winter ski trip or a summer lake getaway, At The Top offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and entertainment for your vacation. This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). Be advised that this home has an exterior camera. Max. 4 parking spaces.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.

WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].
