Proximity to haram was ok. You can cut the outdoor walk especially in sun, by entering Anjum hotel and taking their escalators to haram which is covered and cooler. The hotel was average, rooms were cramped with practically no space except beds. Food options around hotel is limited.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its reasonable distance from the Haram. Other than that, it is not worth the price being charged. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but it’s actually a 3-star hotel!! The buffet was very poor, lacking both variety and flavour, and overall poorly managed. Basic amenities such as bottled water were provided very sparingly. In addition, the lifts were extremely slow resulting in long waiting times.

Hotel location was the best, about 8 minutes walk to masjid al haram, Cleaning service was very poor, that need to be employed, friendly staff, we stays for 12 nights after 7 nights we went to Madinah when we come back in the bathroom was still the same dirty towels, bathroom wasn't great i'll definitely give * star, other than that was alright

The rooms were clean, the staff are very friendly. The cleaners are always very helpful. The hotel is less than 10mins walk from the Haraam. You can take a short cut through Anjum hotel. We had an amazing stay at this hotel.

Needs working fridge in hot conditions- all food went off within hours and drinks could not be kept cool. Nil milk provided for tea. Shower drainage issue so when showering, entire floor can get very wet and have to request a floor tile. But otherwise overall very pleasant stay, staff were amazing, help desk were .. helpful. The lifts were convenient, the hotel was clean. They offered enough tea bags and cups as needed. They sent a iron to use for 20 minutes then was asked to return back to infront if door. I would definitely stay again
