Overall good experience though they need to train the senior staff to behave with courtesy. specially the restaurant and safe staff. There restaurants close at 10:30pm and in room service has average wait time of 60 mins so if you are coming late in the room after perform Umrah and Salah then good luck in finding any food in the hotel in a timely manner.

The hotel was far from Meddina. Room was spacious! Clean, but when I wanted to buy some coffee they charged more for a cup, no top on it , service was poor!
