Our stay at Jabal Omar Hotel in Makkah was absolutely wonderful and far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and treated with the highest level of hospitality. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help they made us feel truly welcome. The location is excellent and very convenient for pilgrims, with easy access to the Haram. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with fresh linens and everything we needed for a restful stay. The entire property is beautifully maintained, clean, and quiet perfect for focusing on Umrah. Housekeeping and room service were quick and efficient, and the dining options were excellent, offering a variety of fresh and delicious meals. Overall, Jabal Omar Hotel provided us with a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable stay, and I would gladly choose this hotel again for my next visit to Makkah. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service.

This was a blessing!

It was an amazing experience and overall a wonderful facility. Amjad, the lady who was serving us at the front desk was so kind and so thoughtful. I was traveling with my elderly father. She was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite. They have a shuttle that goes to the Kaaba which was wheelchair accessible. We use the shuttle more than a few times a day. Very convenient wonderful facility. Wonderful service will definitely come back and stay here if I’m ever lucky enough to be in Mecca again.

The view from our room was indeed breathtaking, front staff exhibited excellent service, providing a warm welcome and efficient assistance. The breakfast area was a delightful experience with great options available. Abdul Rahman at the breakfast place was amazing and made the start of the day special. It was a truly memorable experience.
