It was wonderful as always . Being in the holy place hotel should provide zam zam water for the room guest . Front desk staff needs to be more friendly and professional. House keeping and rest of the staff are really friendly and helpful . Room needs some upgrading

Absolutely outstanding hotel! Definitely a palace. Staff was above wonderful. Dining was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Easy walk to the Kaaba. I am definitely planning on coming back her when I am in Makkah during Hajj.
