size of property: 945mÂČ. The beautiful and cosy basement flat is located in a quiet side street (play street) in the Obergartzem district. The holiday flat was completely renovated and refurbished in spring 2023. The house itself was completed in 2000. In addition to the hallway, shower room and kitchen, the flat has a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room (sleeping area 1.4 x 2 m). The living room has a bay window with 5 floor-to-ceiling windows facing the large outdoor terrace. The terrace itself is sheltered and offers enough space to spend time outdoors. There is a barbecue, a lounge set, two sun loungers and a parasol on the terrace.
There is a small supermarket with a butcher's shop, bakery, post office and drinks shop nearby (approx. 5 minutes' walk). A bus stop is about 300 metres away.
The Zikkurat with its large fitness studio, Nordic walking park, casino, Eifeltherme Zikkurat, bowling centre, kebab grill, indoor soccer, laser tag arena and indoor games hall as well as other leisure facilities are within easy walking distance. In the summer months there is a beer garden at the weekend. There is also a large paint-ball facility and a children's quad track in the village. The Krewelshof also attracts thousands of visitors from near and far every year with its large farm shop, restaurant and large outdoor area. In the village community centre, the civic and cultural association offers a meeting place for residents and guests to enjoy cool drinks on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6 pm. There are also regular cultural events here, which we advertise in our guest folder.
The Thermen- und Badewelt Euskirchen can be reached in about 10 minutes, Phantasialand in BrĂŒhl in about 20 minutes. There are countless possibilities for trekking and hiking, information is available in the holiday apartment.
The flat is ideal for families with small children, for hikers, cyclists, nature lovers and anyone looking for peace and relaxation. There are many leisure activities in the village and the surrounding area.
Unfortunately, the flat is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
