Lovely place

It’s a nice and quiet place to stay convenient to a big supermarket. Expect to take a taxi to and from the location as it is very hilly and residential.

Very nice condo community! The apartment was small but attractive. The beds could use a memory foam topper. Staff was very friendly and the onsite breakfast restaurant was very good. Not close to restaurants or attractions so be prepared to Uber a lot.

The host absolutely phenomenal, I don’t stay anywhere except for this property now. After traveling for five years back-and-forth from Medellin, I have seen it all. This property is hands-down, the best property. It’s safe, it’s secure, it’s all professionals and families. Everything that you could ever desire is right at your fingertips and out the front door.

Awesome Location in Medellin!

This was a fantastic property and experience from beginning to end. The staff was extremely professional and helpful, anytime we had questions they were responsive & ready to give recommendations. The host was very communicative as well and the apartment itself was super nice. Located walking distance from a fully stocked grocery store and a 10-15 minute cab ride from one of the primary food and shopping areas in Medellin. I highly recommend this listing and would love to come back!

Excellent location, very close to grocery store and access to Medellin public transit, which is an extremely efficient way of navigating the city. Contact with host, Carlos, was great and the Concierge, in the building, Yair, was a wealth of information. A book of pertinent info regarding the operation of the Condo would have been very helpful. The AC control was missing, the oven and the desk chair, that appeared in the VRBO site was missing, 3 of the bedroom nite-lights were unusable as they had european plugs with no converter. We were able to work around these and would recommend the property.

Perfect for a girls trip!

Two of my friends and I stayed here for 4 days as we explored Medellin. We took full advantage of the equipped kitchen and made several meals here. The apartment is a 5-10 minute car ride away from a bunch of restaurants, bars. And shopping options. There’s also a grocery store right across the street—super convenient!

El apartamento estuvo bien, lo unico que no me gusto es que en una de las habitaciones no habia aire acondicionado y en las noches hacia un calor, pero despues todo bien. Te entregan el apartamento limpio pero no lo limpiam los dias que estas hospedado.

AWESOME STAY

First time in Colombia, took me a long time to chose where to stay. I took a chance and landed on this apartment and I was glad I did. The communication and intruction from Carlos were great. The security and property staff were very friendly and helpful if anything was needed. The apartment is located about 5minutes drive from where all the clubs and bars, there is a grocery market 2min walk down the street and the apartment building has a place to eat downstairs. I will definitely recommend this place and I plan of returning Carlos. Thank you again for making this part of the trip easy.
