1 bedroom that we created after a ton of feedback that people would like to work from the apartment and were tired of being hunched over the coffee table. This one bedroom has two AC units. Wi-Fi, Two TVs, Washer and dryer, and a nice loft with a sofa and desk to work from. This is the biggest of the one-bedroom apartments we ever built. There is a hot tub in the apartment to relax in and your home office. Your two blocks from Ave Poblado. A few blocks from the middle of Park lleras. Your between both exito supermarket and Carulla. The metro is 4 blocks away. It's a perfect quiet place to enjoy relax and if need to work from. Wall safe.

You can have guests at your apartment never a charge. We ask you to ask that they Have ID. You do not need to pre-register your guests, it's your apartment.

These reviews are outdated and probably fake. I booked this space for 4 days and left within 2 hours. Roach infested, dirty, outdated, and not what it looks like in the photos. The host is disrespectful and extremely unreliable. Literally arrived from a flight at 10PM and reported to the host that a roach was in the unit and asked to be moved, not only did the host mention he doesn’t “move tenants that see bugs,” but he went as far as calling me a woman. Told me I should find something better to do than complain and I should be grateful for the area it’s in and the price.The area is in the ghetto and dangerous. I myself can hold up my own but I don’t recommend it. This listing literally shouldn’t even be allowed online and this host needs to be banned completely.

Overall Experience

The place is centrally located, which makes it easy to get around town. The place is both clean and pretty modern. I do have two small complaints or suggestions 1). Please replace the shower head, there not that expensive. 2). I was not able to use the Jacuzzi because the stopper does not work. Smh!

Great value.

Everything was as stated. AC worked great. Good central location and a very comfortable apartment. They were very responsive when the washer wasn't working and they came immediately. Next time I will have to check the plug.
