There was nobody at the front desk when I attempted to check in. I stood there for 10 minutes and then called the 800 reservation number to get the phone number of the hotel. I called the hotel phone number and somebody answered and then came to the desk. Barely an apology. Not a good first impression.

Property located next to a little park, a great many things to walk to. Staff was excellent. TV had not been set up. Note says to push "guide" on remote. The remote had no "guide" button. Biggest downfall was TV and inability to see what was on and on what channel.
Changing leaves were gorgeous

The lady attending the breakfast is like a watch lady. She watches everything you do. Was the only staff with no smile whatsoever. They need to improve that area. The lady’s attitude needs to be welcoming.

The clerk was rude when I asked her a few questions. To be fair the lobby was full of pre-teen boys whose parents were letting them run in and out of the building, and up and down the hallway. Playing on the computer, being loud, etc. The room was clean enough, but not great. Found hair strands in the sheets, and the floor was pretty stained. I didn’t want to walk on it without my shoes on. Overall it was fine, but the area was grungy, and the breakfast was meh…

🌟🌟🌟🌟A nice hotel. Plenty of towels. AC great. Quiet. Staff had answered most of my questions. Breakfast attendent very friendly, many choices for breakfast.

The mattress was a little worn. Not obvious unless you tear your bed apart looking for bedbugs before committing for the night. I like for there to be a mix of dining options, which there were here. Fast food for those who like that. I chose atmospheric dining myself, the Luna Mexcan restaurant. I just wish more places had late night dining - I had to work till 8:00, meaning i had to scramble to get to the restaurant before it closed.

Food options improved

Breakfast got improved by no cheese scrambled eggs. Lobby got improved by fresh cookies in late afternoon. You added Dragon Express menu on your dining choices rack-good. Should note that Panda Express is nearby, too.

Couldn’t get WiFi on return trip night

I stayed 2 separate nights 6 days apart. On return night, my iPhone WiFi picked up Comfort Inn’s WiFi but moments later, iPhone said “no internet connection.” There was no way for me to join Comfort Inn WiFi. I later just used my 5G as it was late and I was tired. Glad to see that scrambled eggs without cheese available for breakfast. Glad you had fresh cookies in lobby at dinner time. You need to have paper guide to tv channels in every room.
