This is a very modern, very clean hotel on a quiet street. The breakfast was exceptional. Something for everyone with some innovations. Staff was very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Somewhat decent stay

Decent hotel. Conveniently located off I5. Check in/out was easy. Nice lobby area, but elevators were mechanically concerning with a strong burnt wiring smell. Stayed on the 3rd floor, hallway carpet to the room was very dirty and stained. The room itself was clean, but had a very weird odor in the room. Chair and furniture looked stained and uncleaned. Bed was confortable and had a keurig, mini frig, and microwave. Bathroom was decent. It was average or below. Not a 9.0 rating though and for the price it was a little exp expensive for the conditions.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable but the comforter in the duvet cover was horrible. The comforter inside the cover was loose and bunched up. Hard to pull the covers up when all you got ahold of was the cover. Very annoying.

Conveniently located next to I-5 and shopping (Walmart and Fred Meyer). I typically enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express, but my stay at this location was not very pleasant. Neighbors next door and above were loud and making noise well into the night. And you hear everything on the other side of the walls. It was a rough night for sleep. I wouldn't stay at this location again.

The property looks fairly new and well kept. The front desk was very nice.. I arrived about an hour early and the young lady checked me right in! The room was clean. The bed slept well and the AC worked well. The area was quiet. Plus plenty of shops and restuarants within a mile, and Walmart is right up the street, very convenient. Overall no complaints and I would have no reservations about staying here again.
