The front desk clerk who checked us in was one of the most friendly, upbeat and helpful hotel employees I’ve ever encountered!

From the front desk personnel being so kind, informative and helpful to the nice clean and cozy room, not to mention the sweet cookies treats that are available at 7 PM nightly. The small note would be to ask other guests to NOT smoke just outside the door at the East side of the hotel and forgetting that they should be 20’ away.

My daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed that after a long day we were able to relax in the Jacuzzi, which is open 24 hours and everything was very clean and well maintained.

Customer service was excellent, large room, sink is separate from shower/toilet, huge TV, you can cast to the TV which was awesome, parking was fine, tons of restaurants nearby. We did not do the breakfast or the indoor pool but it looked like everyone that was, really liked them. We just came from the Dream Inn in Santa Cruz. Sure the view was great but the actual rooms at the Laquinta were so much better! I will definitely stay here again!
