The check in process took a long time. There are beer bottles in the parking lot and signs everywhere stating they were not responsible vehicle damage and theif.

Hotel is very dated. It is clean. Front desk lady was way overwhelmed and not the best customer service. When we got there we wanted to change our hotel immediately and Travelocity would not let us even tho their advertisement rated this hotel as good. It was disappointing all around.

The smell was horrible in the room. An old mildew/smoking odor that made me want to gag. We barely could make through the night. But our flight was delayed til 1am so had no other choice. Staff was friendly, parking safe, but the smell was unbearable.

Certainly an adequate hotel but could use a little refreshing. Also there is no handicapped accessibility. Our room was on the second floor and it was a very steep set of stairs.

Avoid at all cost.

The large group of young men listening to rap music all night in the parking was welcome and greatly enjoyed and made my family feel safe. . There’s zero security and the grounds are disgusting and full of garbage they lack pride of ownership and a willingness to present your property in a respectful manner. The breakfast is worse than what I I would give a set of pigs before slaughter. Dog food is a better substitute. Overall would rather sleep In my truck then stay here oh and your pool hasn’t been cleaned and the water smells like piss. These are all things that I am certain you are aware of however don’t care due to occupancy.

It’s Quality Inn, which is t one of the larger, more prominent chains, but it was a great, clean, easy to navigate room and checked all the boxes a hotel should. Would definitely stay here again.
