Ok if nothing else available.

Bed sucked. Horrendous. Room was clean except for the floor. Nice room otherwise. Music at pool/lobby was loud and offensive to children. Checkout is at 11. Checkin at 4. That’s 5 hours to clean but I was woken up at 8 am from vacuuming above me. Good view of the river. Constant people coming and going through hotel parking lot past rooms for the river jet boat tours.

We stay here a few times a year and generally love it. There was a huge group checking in before us so it took a while. Unfortunately the elevator was down which is no one’s fault but for this reason I think, we were given a ground floor room that had 2 double beds. Not used to that and didn’t sleep well

It’s a pet friendly hotel .. how ever the area for pets to take brakes in right in front of the Main Street. There is no security and no area for pets to take breaks.

Old and tired

The bed was comfortable. The room was old, drab, and out dated. The AC wouldn’t turn off, and front desk said to just unplug it. The refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug that to get to sleep.

Unprofessional and unaccomidating.... Came back from an evening of visiting with families in town to ZERO parking at the hotel. We have a handicapped daughter and the handicapped spot in front of out room was taken by a tweaker hippie who had no placard. We went to the office to try to find a solution but none was given. She said shed try to make contact with the owner. We finally got my daughter who can barely walk to the room and went back down to the office to now find it locked up and no one is there. I waited in my truck for an hour waiting for a spot to open up but none did. I eventually found a parking spot around the corner in a dark unlit alley. Which in turn resulted in me sleeping in my truck because there was crack heads everywhere. Would have been nice to had been able to sleep in the bed, but unfortunately that didnt happen. My family who was in the room were kept awake until the early morning hours to what sounded like elephants above them and everyone had what could be described as a miserable time. We felt like we were fogotten and kicked to the side, felt robbed. We have stayed here several times in the past and this will be the last time. If you want to sleep with crack heads roaming around your cars and the property at 2-3am please by all means stay here. Because thats exactly what is happening every night you're parked here.
