To start: receptionist did not come off very friendly or welcoming. We are a family with 2 kids and part of the reason we book certain hotels are for the pool and hot tub. The pool had a hole in it so we were unable to use it. We did use the hot tub but it had a funny smell and wasn’t very hot. We were on a non smoking floor and it was evident someone was smoking in their room from the smell in the hallway. Positive: I enjoyed using the gym even though it was very small. The breakfast had a lot of variety and a delicious omlette station! The breakfast staff had amazing customer service.

We stayed there a year ago, almost to the day, for 4 nights, the rooms were clean, the breakfast choices great, the only disappointing thing was the hot tub jets did not work, but it was still hot. Circle around a year later, and the hot tub jets still not working, and the temp was cooler than the average petson would have for taking a hot bath, I was cold in about 3 mins and left. Whats going on Days Inn??? The room which was on the top floor of 3 floors had the baseboard removed from the closet area and washroom, it looked terrible, and there was dust balls on the outside of the AC/Heater unit, my partner from work who was on the first floor said his trim was also missing in the same 2 areas as mine. So I'm a little more than disappointed on this trip, its mostly about the conditions of the hot tub, a year later being the same , but worse because of the temperature being cold.
