The house built in 2011 with two apartments is located on the outskirts of Liznjan, bordering a little forest.
This three-room apartment of around 60m² is on the first floor (with sloping ceilings). It has a living and sleeping room with a sofa bed, a dining area, and an open kitchen separated off by a counter, equipped with three gas rings, a hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and freezer compartment. It provides access to the terrace. The apartment has a bedroom with a three-quarter bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
The apartments are modern and have inviting interiors, with tiles and laminate flooring. It is equipped with satellite TV, wireless Internet access free of charge, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and air conditioning (cool/warm). Note that the ground floor is not accessible.
You can find a shop and restaurant about 600 metres away. It is 1.5km to Medulin and 2km to a rocky and pebbled beach.
The site is partially enclosed by a wall and fence and provides around 500m² of outdoor space, with lawns and palm trees. There are two deckchairs, a brick-built barbecue, a whirlpool, a terrace (about 7m²) all available for shared use, with furniture. There is parking space on site and on the street by the house.
