This exclusive sea view holiday villa is located in a green and quiet part of the former fishing village of Pomer, near the city of Pula and only approximately 1.5 kilometers from the center of Medulin. Your private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a pool umbrella. Not only children will appreciate the play area in the garden, with a slide and swing set, garden trampoline, basketball hoop, darts board and table tennis. Next to it the roofed summer kitchen (30m2) invites you with wooden benches, a large wooden table and a tranditional stone grill for long evenings outside around the barbecue. The pool can be illuminated at night so you can enjoy a swim under the starry sky.

The two-storey holiday villa is fully detached and offers 170m² of living space for up to eight persons.

It features an open plan living-/dining area with a top modern, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The living room provides a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed (170 x 200 cm), matching armchair and a large flatscreen television. The kitchen has a hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Next to it the dining area offers a wooden table with six chairs. One of the three bedrooms on the upper floor has a 180 x 200 cm double bed, the second and third are furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds each (can be pushed together to make a double bed). The master bedroom with the double bed has its own bathroom ensuite, which is equipped with a shower cabin, wash basin and toilet. One of the other two bathrooms has a bath tub and shower device, bidet, toilet and a washing machine. The third is equipped like the ensuite bathroom. A separate guest toilet offers additional comfort.

The building is air-conditioned with two air conditioners. There's satellite TV, plenty of bed linen and towels and wireless internet access is also provided free of charge.

The holiday villa is located only approximately 800 m from the sea and beach where you will also find a grocery store, cafes and a restaurant. The centre of Medulin, approximately 1.5 km away, offers everything you need on your holidays, including shops, restaurants, bars and clubs, ATMs, a hospital, pharmacies etc.
