The holiday apartment is very close to the world-famous porcelain factory in Meißen and near the old town, right next to the Luther Church built in a Neogothic style, in the midst of the Treibischtal, framed by municipal forest.

The quiet holiday apartment is in a three-storey house built in 1890 and fully renovated, comprising just two rental units. The apartment measures 77m² and consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with a 32” flatscreen TV, a dining table and sitting corner, a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove and an oven, as well as a sitting corner, and a separate bathroom with a bath, washing machine and WC. Both bedrooms, the living room and the hallway are laid with laminate, while the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are tiled.

It is possible to share use of the garden, quietly situated behind the house. It has a little playground with a swing and sandpit, garden furniture, a hammock, a fire bowl and a grill. The site is fully fenced in and has a parking space that can be used free of charge. There is also lockable parking space for bicycles.

Two children up to 14 years old can be accommodated free of charge, if you provide your own beds for this (e.g. cot, camp bed).

A bakery, butcher, pharmacy are right on the doorstep and it is a few minutes’ walk to a supermarket. In summer it is recommended to pay a visit to the nearby leisure pool.
